It was a nice week...I guess...relaxing in the hospital for 3 nights...ok not so nice..lots of things happened...but I kinda enjoyed the vacation & time for myself to watch tv (hehe)
Ohh well..on Monday I went to work and by 12pm started having headache and the more I looked at my pc, the worse it got...and I felt feverish & weak...so I left the office and went to see a doctor near home...got some meds, but she didn't want to put me on antibiotics since I just took them the week before (yeah sick jugak!)...so went home...took my meds, and slept, woke up feeling crappier than ever, temperature was up with heat coming out through the eyes and a little difficult to breathe...My mum saw me and decided to take me to the hospital...and so I got admitted and they ran some test...H1N1 test, Blood, X-ray etc...biasalah...and thank God it was only a viral fever with mild sinus...
(Condolences to Ayna & family on the passing of her dad...*Al-Fatihah* we are gonna miss him...hope you are strong Ayna...I think you are..sorry for not being able to be there...)
So I got released on Thursday morning and went to see Granny & Mama at the Apartment then went home & rest...so I thought since I am kinda well...I wanted to attend my dept Potluck Closed Raya Party the next day, so off course I did everything to be better...Mama cooked her Ghee Rice as my contribution to the Potluck, I fried the Papadom - coz thats easy and ordered Popcake from a friend...they loved it all...cam berbaloi pergi office on friday, at least I didn't have to key in MC and enjoyed being the host and actually socialized with some ppl from other dept (yeah like after a year baru nak terhegeh2 kan...!)
That night completed season 4 of ugly Betty..the last season...I was inspired by her character - Betty...I somehow feel I am like her...or was like her in someways, but got sidetrack along the way...and now I want to put myself back on track...after watching her...(cam ntah pape gak la)...tapi malas nak explain lebih lanjut...
Next day on the 9th, Suria came over to buy my sewing machine...yeah I have one from the scratch & win scam...I was easily fooled those days, so I got to sell it without any effort... :) Thank you Suria for remembering my stupidity a few years back & actually remembered that I had a sewing machine yg I tak leh pandang (nyampah)...well she took it off my hands...we lepak the whole day had kfc (yeah mengidam tak pasal2)...& while she was testing out the machine - repairing my clothes and watching 'the sound of music', I took my cough mixture and dozed off...kepala berat sangat when I woke up...and had to miss the tahlil...just couldn't make it on time... hoped I could have attend it...haven't been to see Ayna yet...hmm *guilty*
Story of my 10-10-10 weekend...let's see...la bodega - lepak...then 'Eat.Pray.Love" movie ::Gold Class:: at 50% with my GSC EON Credit Card (suke!) with Put, Izan & Rod 12.50am...yeah midnite...some ppl slept off! haha..the chair was too comfy...& it was past bedtime..then we gurls crashed at Izan's place at the Seri Pacific..almost 5am baru nak tido...ish ish ish...next day had lunch (obviously no breakfast dah) at 'the magnificent' - great fish & chips here! loved the Silver Cod...nice lepak time...then we parted...Put & I went to kill some time at Ampang Point...and I spent..swiped...for a _ _ _ _ _ _. huh! didn't plan on it that day, but I have been wanting it for sometime now and it seem the time to buy... convenient :D..
Next was Sabrina's wedding meeting, Nat fetched me from Ampang Point...and after the 2 hr meeting (I was assigned to oversee Photography btw), went back to Ampang point to collect my purchase & my sister, Nas...and then I got a call from Elaine asking if I was hungry or not...as her mom has cooked a lot of food..and yes I was damn hungry and accepted the offer...and I tell ya..her mom masak mmg best so berpinggan2 jugak la makan...huhu...then off to Cyberjaya to drop Nas off there...what a tiring day...but it was great...now I'm feeling sick again...too tired..
What's nice this week was the time away from the office...I didn't miss it much, and the family members (my dad, nat & zahira) & friends (Ija, Nani & Elaine with Kenny Rogers and the next day Put with Yellow Cab) they all took the trouble to visit me at the hospital with food and all, if I was there another day, more would have come (hehe)...and the sms's, kind thoughts and doa's that kept pouring in...it was nice that people cared about me...I felt loved...thanks you all...! Love you!!
and tomorrow I have to go back to work *sigh*
